Admission & Discharge

Planned admission (pre-admission)

An admission appointment will be made during your consultation visit at any of our clinics. You will be referred to our friendly admissions team, who will guide you through the process. This includes the full admission procedures, selection of rooms and beds, estimated total hospitalisation cost, deposit requirements, procurement of Guarantee Letter for insurance purposes and other matters.

  • Malaysian Identification Card (IC) or Passport or Birth Certificate
  • Medical Card & Guarantee Letter (if any)

An additional deposit may be required if the total current charges of your treatment bill exceeds the initial deposit paid. Rest assured, we will keep you informed and advice you / your next of kin accordingly should this happen.

Excess amount of deposit received will be refunded either by cash, bank transfer or payor’s credit card. The company will determine the method of refund and inform you accordingly.

Room upgrade (for patient with Guarantee Letter)

  • Signed upgrade of room consent is required
  • Notification of Guarantee Letter is a must for policy terms and conditions confirmation (co-payment, co-insurance etc)
  • You will be required to pay the difference in room rates and any additional charges from insurance (co-payment, co-insurance etc., subject to terms of the GL) and the payments should be settled upon discharge

Accompanying person

Only Single Room patients are allowed to have a companion in the room.

Safeguarding personal belongings

Do not to keep cash, jewellery or any valuable items during your stay in our hospital. We will not be responsible for any damages or loss.


  • Discharge process takes an estimated 3 hours (subject to final Guarantee Letter processing time by insurance)
  • Lunch will not be provided on the day of discharge for discharges before 12noon
  • Kindly vacate the room as soon as possible after being cleared for discharge by the billing officer. Note that an additional fee, equivalent to one day’s room rate, may apply if you leave after 4pm
  • Additional charges may apply for particular cases on Sundays, public holidays and after working hours for the following services:
    • Laboratory
    • Radiology
    • Specialist consultation
    • Specialist procedure
    • Physiotherapy

  • Only two (2) visitors are allowed to visit each patient at one time
  • Children under 12 years old are not allowed
  • Visitors are required to wear mask at all times within the hospital premises
  • The hospital may restrict or put limitations on visitations if you or a visitor interferes with the rights of others or is a safety hazard to patients or the hospital

Medical report and release of medical information

  • Application for the medical report must go through our Medical Record Department. You / your representative would need to sign the application / consent form to process the medical report
  • Charges will apply according to the type of medical report requested
  • Our service is available from 9:00am to 5:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. For more information, please contact us at (603) 5515 1888 (ext. 20711)

Parking rate

Parking charges are as follows:

  • Max Rate RM10.00 per day per entry
  • Valet RM18.00 per day
