COVID-19 Home Monitoring Package

COVID-19 cases continue to rise at an alarming rate and it is largely driven by infected individuals that only display mild symptoms or none at all. According to the Ministry of Health, 80% of COVID-19 cases are asymptomatic and can therefore be monitored at home.

Hence, Avisena Specialist Hospital is offering a COVID-19 Home Monitoring Package that will allow individuals to have a direct link to their health care teams through home monitoring.

Terms & Conditions

Patient’s eligibility for the package must firstly be verified and advised by a healthcare provider.
This package is applicable for patients with official home surveillance order (HSO) by KKM via MySejahtera or SELANGKAH.
Applicable only for COVID-19 patients in Category 1 and 2 with low comorbidity and below 60 years old. Not valid for pregnant women and babies below six months old.
This package is valid for one patient only and is non-refundable. Family package is available, please call to enquire.
Should the need arise, this package does not guarantee admission at any hospitals by Avisena Healthcare, due to bed availability.
