Vaccine Bundle:

• Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (TDAP) Vaccine: Taken one dose within 16 – 36 weeks
• Influenza Vaccine: Taken at any trimester
• Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccine: Taken one dose within 32 – 36 weeks

Terms and Conditions:

• This promotion is valid only for self-paying patients
• The special package price applies exclusively to patients receiving vaccination under an O&G Consultant
• Patients must purchase the full Maternal Immunization
• Package (Tdap, RSV, Influenza) during their first visit
• The package is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Patients must follow the scheduled appointments for all vaccine doses under the O&G Consultant’s care
• O&G consultation fees are not included in the package price and will be charged separately if applicable.
• This package cannot be combined or overlapped with any other promotions or discounts.
